Run Bike


I was able to shave another 30 seconds from my run time this morning. My strategy for the Tucson Tri run leg is to use the interval crack technique. It seems to be working for me…and so unorthodox.

Then it was off to ride with Cactus – a recovery ride day – short 28 miler to HoHokam Park. Final week of strong training with 10 days till Tucson Tri.
